Reviews was built to provide a unified solution for responding and measuring the performance of your reviews for increased visibility.
With dedicated sections that provide you with all the information you need:
Profiles - This page gives you a top level view of your connected profiles including Google Business Profile and an overview of key metrics
Performance - Detailed stats on your review ratings and response time
Reviews - A list of all your most recent reviews along with the ability to reply with AI suggestions
Unreplied - A refined list of reviews that need replies added
Fast Reply - Respond to multiple reviews with personalized responses in seconds.
Removed - If you have setup the Google Review Change History Automation job, this page will show all reviews that Google has taken down from your profiles
Activity - A filterable log of all replies and edits that have been undertaken within the platform
To get started with reviews, follow these steps:
1. If you haven't connected your Google Business Profile yet:
2. If you have already linked your Google Business Profile your data should already be synced and ready to go. You can choose to add more profiles by clicking on the + icon.
Data Sync
Once the initial sync has taken place, new reviews should appear in near real time along with an incremental daily sync if there are issues updating new or edited reviews as they occur.
If there have been changes that have not synced and you need an immediate update you can use the sync button (two arrow icon) which will fetch the latest version of each profile. Depending on how many profiles you have, this can take up to an hour.
