Data Studio Parameters

Go to Data Studio and find the Jepto Connector or go to this link

Configuration

Once you have logged in with your Jepto email and password you will be presented with the following Parameters screen. If you make a report for more than one Client you will want to tick both boxes so that you can modify the Clients and KPIs in the report.

If you are making a Client facing report and want to limit the report data to a single Client you can select the Client from the dropdown.

Selecting a Client or adding a KPI in this screen is not recommended unless your report only covers a single KPI.

Creating a KPI Graph

You can re-create the KPI prediction graphs with native Data Studio Graphs. See the template for live examples or follow the instructions below.

To create the above graph you will need to create a Time Series chart with the metrics of KPI Actual, KPI Prediction and KPI Target.

By default the data of all KPIs are aggregated together, so you will want to enter a KPI ID to limit the chart to a single KPI. This can be done by utilising Data Studio filters or the preferred method of using Parameters as it speeds up the fetching of data.

The KPI ID Parameter field takes a 16 Character Alphanumeric ID.

To find the KPI ID, view any KPI and go to the "More details" dropdown section
