Mark an insight as acknowledged to inform teammates that you are looking into the insight.


We recommend resolving an insight once you have addressed the problem or taken the necessary action.

When you resolve an insight it will be removed from the Active tab and appear in the Resolved tab


When an Insight card is created or resolved it will be grouped together by the Automation Job or Anomaly that created it. This allows you to easily see how often and when the last event occurred. On the Active and Resolved tabs you will see the most recent occurrence at the top.
