All Insights sent to a Slack channel will allow you to directly Acknowledge or Resolve them, however your Slack user account email must match the email of your Jepto account. All actions will be recorded and messages updated to ensure that other team members are aware. This prevents you from attempting to acknowledge or resolve an Insight that has already been dealt with.
If you would like to take action on an Insight from a 3rd Party tool, you can utilise the Zapier connector to create a one way or bi-direction sync of Insights.
A common example is that you may wish to have new Insights create a task in your Project Management system and then when you have investigated/completed the task you wish to resolve the Insight without having to log back in and find the specific Insight to resolve.
