Transferring your Search Console data into Google Big Query is quick and easy. To make analysing easy in Google Data Studio the data is broken down into entities, within a single table. Each entity represents a type of data.

The process of moving your data into Big Query begins by fetching your historic data, with the timeframes of each entity shown below. After this a daily update is performed, some entities have a delay to when new data is available and is also shown in the table below.

NumericFloat Click-through rate: The click count divided by the impression count

position

NumericFloat The position of the topmost link to your property in search results, averaged across all queries in which your property appeared

Sitemap

TextString The URL where the sitemap is posted, relative to the property root.

sitemapLastSubmitted

TextString The date when the sitemap was last submitted to Google using this report

sitemapPending

BooleanBoolean If true, the sitemap has not been processed.

sitemapList

BooleanBoolean If true, the sitemap is a collection of sitemaps.

sitemapType

TextString The type of sitemap. (Possible Options: Sitemap: Sitemap in XML or text format, Sitemap index: A sitemap of sitemaps, RSS: Sitemap in RSS feed format, Atom: Sitemap in Atom feed format or Unknown)

sitemapLastDownloaded

TextString Date & time in which this sitemap was last downloaded. Date format is in RFC 3339 format (yyyy-mm-dd).

sitemapWarnings

NumericInteger The number of warnings in the sitemap.

sitemapErrors

NumericInteger Number of errors in the sitemap. These are issues with the sitemap itself that need to be fixed before it can be processed correctly.

sitemapContentType

TextString The specific type of content in this sitemap (androidApp, image, iosApp, mobile, news, pattern, video, web)

sitemapContentSubmitted

NumericInteger Date & time in which this sitemap was submitted. Date format is in RFC 3339 format (yyyy-mm-dd).

NumericInteger The number of URLs from the sitemap that were indexed (of the content type)
