Setup

Connecting Google Business Profile

Sign in with a Google account that has access to the business locations.

  1. 1. Sign in with Google

Click Connect and authenticate with the Google account that manages your client's business locations.

  2. 2. Select locations

Choose which locations to include. Add additional connections for more business groups.

  3. 3. Share the connection to a client

Assign it to the relevant client so reports and forecasts can pull from it.

  4. 4. Wait for the first sync

Jepto backfills up to 18 months of history, then syncs daily.

The Google account you use to connect must maintain owner or manager access to the locations. If access is lost, syncing stops. Reconnect with a valid account to resume.
