Jepto syncs invoice headers, line items, payments, contacts and the chart of accounts — so agencies can report billed revenue next to marketing performance.
| Entity | What it contains |
|---|---|
| Invoices | AR and AP invoice headers — status, totals, amount due, issue date and due date. |
| Invoice lines | Line items on an invoice, tagged to chart-of-accounts codes and names. |
| Payments | Payments applied to invoices, including amount, payment date and days to pay. |
| Contacts | Customers and suppliers — name, email, and customer or supplier flags. |
| Accounts | Chart of accounts — code, name, class and type (for example revenue or expense). |

Click Connect and authenticate with a Xero user who can access the organisations you manage.
Pick one or more Xero organisations (tenants) for that client. Refresh the list if a new org does not appear yet.
The same Xero login can serve multiple clients. Attach different organisations per client as needed.
Jepto backfills your full Xero history — invoices, invoice lines, payments, contacts and the chart of accounts — then syncs incrementally every 12 hours. Chart of accounts refreshes at least once a day.
Everything you need to know about Xero in Jepto.

Yes — in the same report or Data Chat question when both sources are connected to the client. Align date grain (typically month) and watch mixed currencies on the Xero side.
The first connect backfills the organisation’s full history, one entity at a time — large organisations can take a few sync cycles to finish. After that, Jepto syncs incrementally every 12 hours, and the chart of accounts refreshes at least once a day. See the Connect to Xero guide.
Paid rate is payments divided by invoice total. Payments in a period can retire invoices issued earlier. For collections, use amount due (and status) rather than paid rate as a single efficiency score.
Yes. Select multiple organisations on the client’s Xero data source, or attach different orgs to different clients from the same Xero login.
Jepto keeps history already synced and stops pulling new rows. Reconnect under Data Sources → Connections, then wait for the next sync.
