A client is the centre of how you work in Jepto. It is one brand: their website, their connected accounts, their rules, and the reporting and conversations you run for them. Keep each client separate so the numbers, the language, and the recommendations stay about the right business.

If you look after more than one brand, mixed context is how an answer names the wrong offer, the wrong location, or the wrong ad account. Keeping clients separate means each brand stays in its own container.
Use All Clients when you want a view across the portfolio. Select one client when you want Jepto to work as if that brand is the only one in the room.

Jepto’s data model is built around the client. The account holds your clients. Each client is its own set of data, and a question or a chart for one client only reads that set.
What belongs to the client:
Another client’s ads, site, and profile are not part of that query. All Clients is the view you choose when you want those separate sets rolled up across the portfolio. It does not put every brand into one shared pool.

Client Info is the structured brief of the business. When you add a client and a website, Jepto researches that company and fills the profile for you. A note on the page marks it as AI-generated so you can check it before you rely on it.
The research starts with the website you entered. Jepto also searches the public web for pages that fill gaps the homepage does not cover, such as About, locations, services, and social profiles. It prefers facts it can find over a guess.
From that research it builds the brief: who they are, what they sell, who they sell to, where they operate, and how the business is positioned. That brief is the background Jepto uses whenever that client is selected. It is how a question about “our offers” or “our locations” lands on the right business instead of a generic answer.
Open it with the client selected, then go to Settings → Client info.

Correct anything that is off, then click Update. A sharper brief means sharper chat, reports, and recommendations.
Client Info is the researched brief. The knowledge base is the site itself, kept so Jepto can search it later.
Jepto crawls the client domain, including the pages on that site and documents it can read, such as PDFs. It keeps that content with the client so you can ask in plain language and Jepto can search the site. A question about a service page, a claim on the homepage, or a location can pull the relevant passage instead of guessing.
The crawl stays inside the client. Work on one brand does not search another brand’s site. The research that builds Client Info and the crawl that builds the knowledge base are separate, and both stay with that client.

On All Clients, answers use account-wide context and can roll up each client’s data. For the full picture of one brand, select that client.
Tip: After a rebrand, a new offer, or a change in locations, update Client Info so the brief matches what you want Jepto to treat as true.
