Client Settings

A Client is defined by a group of connections to your data sources, with each data source counting as a Profile.

The connections of your Client can be accessed in multiple ways.

Through the Portfolio page in the 'Data Sync' column via the status; or
By selecting a client and then clicking on the 'Settings' menu item within the main navigation

In the connection setup screen you will be presented with an option to connect to each data source.

Once the data source has been setup and used to create an Automation/KPI/Budget/Anomaly it will become locked and no changes will be allowed. This is to ensure that any connected jobs are not adversely affected. If you wish to make a change to the connection please remove any active jobs.

Some data sources such as Google Business Profile, allow you to select multiple profiles from the same Google Account.

After selecting your Google Account, you can choose multiple locations. Unlike other data sources, you can edit the connection even if it's in use across different features (KPIs / Automation / Anomaly Detection / Local Listing / Reviews / Social Posts).

Auto Add new Profiles

If you would like to automatically add new Google Business Profile locations to your Jepto account, select the toggle in the top right corner of the Location Group in the dropdown. Once the toggle is activated it will automatically select all locations in that group and check every day for any new locations. These locations will be added and all associated data will be automatically synced. If your subscription has reached the profile limit you will receive an email with the details.
