The Platform feature enables the creation of verified Bing Places and Apple Business Connect profiles from your connected Google Business Profiles that have an address and are Verified/Published. Simply click the "Create" button on any of your Google Business Profile listings to automatically generate the Bing Placesand/or Apple Business Connect profiles, with the data from your Google Business Profile being used as the basis of the new profile. This can also be done in bulk if you would like to create multiple profiles at once.

During the creation there is an option to enable "Auto Update", which ensures that any modifications made to a Google Business Profile will automatically reflect in its corresponding Bing Place or Apple Business Connect profiles, if available. If this is turned off you will be able to make manual edits to the Bing or Apple profiles.

NOTE: All profiles that are created in Bing Places and Apple Business Connect do NOT count towards your subscription limit. These listings are also never deleted, even if your subscription is cancelled.

Creation of Bing Places Notes:

Query Strings Removal: All query strings, including UTM tags, are removed when populating the "Website" field to ensure tracking data is accurate.

AI Category Matching: We use Artificial Intelligence to ensure the best match between your GBP Category and the Bing Category.

Supported Social Links: Currently, only Facebook and Twitter links are supported in the Bing Place profile.

Store ID: A unique identifier is generated for each Bing profile, which is based upon the Google Business Profile Location ID and cannot be changed.

Store Code: The store code from your Google Business Profile is copied across to your new profiles so you can identify each profile in the performance reports.

Performance Analytics: Analytics data can be retrieved for the last 12 weeks (90 days from the current day) following setup.

Setup Time: Microsoft takes around 10 days to verify a profile and then publish it. During this time they conduct a variety of check on the business.

**Creation of Apple Business Connect Notes (Coming Soon):**‍

We will soon support the creation of Apple Business Connect profiles, offering similar functionality and ease of use. Keep an eye out for this upcoming feature.

Creating: The Jepto app is currently processing your Google Business Profile (GBP) details to create a new profile on Bing Places or Apple Business Connect.

Publishing: Once created, Bing Places typically takes around 10 days to publish a listing. Publication on Apple Business Connect is expected to be available soon.

Pending: Quality checks are being conducted on your profile to ensure all details meet the necessary standards before publishing.

Published: Your profile is now visible on Bing Places or Apple Business Connect, allowing customers to find and interact with your business. Should there be any quality issues, additional details will be provided to guide you on how to address them.

Failure: If there are problems that prevent the successful publication of your profile, it will be marked as "Failure".
